The Farm
The Farm is located in Northern Colorado Springs in the Northgate area. The neighborhood is masterfully planned to feature open spaces, ponds, recreational trails, and a variety of architectural styles from four different home builders. Local restaurants include Bourbon Brothers, where you can enjoy southern-style smoked meats, seafood, and fried chicken along with a wide selection of whiskeys, Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, where you can taste American comfort food and cocktails, and Duca’s Neapolitan Pizza, which boasts some of the best wood-fired pizza in the area.
Cordera
The Cordera community is located east of I-25 on Briargate Parkway.
